Chair massage

The most popular type of massage in companies in Romania and beyond is chair massage or chair massage, because the way the sessions are conducted is very simple: special massage chairs are used on which the beneficiary sits in a comfortable position, without have to take off their clothes. A session lasts about 20 minutes. The massaged areas are: back, nape, head and upper limbs.

The program is inspired by therapeutic massage and oriental massage techniques (yumeihoo, shiatsu, acupressure) and ends with stretching, mobilizations and joint manipulations. Melotherapy and aromatherapy are used to create a state of well-being and increase the degree of relaxation.

Swedish massage

It is the “classic” massage, with oil, done on the massage table. It can be therapeutic, sports or relaxing. It addresses an area, or the whole body. Depending on how it is applied, it can either energize or relax. The duration of the sessions varies between 25-50 minutes, depending on the areas addressed.

Anti-cellulite and body remodeling massage

It is done by hand, with special creams and oils, or bamboo sticks, suction cups, and vibro-massage machines can be used. It helps fight cellulite and tone muscles.

Lymphatic drainage massage

It is done manually or with ANGIOMAT. Target areas are the limbs and waist. It is especially recommended for those who sit in prolonged fixed positions. It helps improve peripheral blood and lymphatic circulation, reduces girths and relaxes the limbs.
