If you don’t have time for sports, you definitely need to exercise, because without exercise there is no quality life! To help you save time and keep fit, we come to your company to organize fitness classes and programs at your office.
You just need comfortable clothes and a spare room, we take care of the rest. The duration of a class is 25-30 minutes, and in order to work efficiently, the number of participants will be ten-twelve (10-12).
Physiotherapy classes – medical gymnastics aimed specifically at the back and its relaxation, compensating for the effects generated by prolonged fixed positions. Find a medical program, work groups will be customized according to needs.
Kinetogim classes – are simple physical exercises for all body areas, which aim to combat the effects of lack of movement, improve joint mobility and blood circulation, energize, tone and increase good mood.
Yoga classes – especially recommended for mind-body coordination, increasing balance, improving breathing, maintaining joint mobility and muscle relaxation.
Pilates classes – a form of training aimed mainly at back muscles and correcting posture, based on dynamic exercises, control, breathing and increasing muscle tone.
We hold office fitness classes at one location, for a minimum of three (3) sessions in a day.
