Our services
- Massage at the office / onsite chair massage - adapted to office conditions; the areas addressed are the back + head + upper limbs.
- Various classic massage techniques / massage on the massage table - relaxing, therapeutic, anti-cellulite and sports. It can be local or general and requires a dedicated room.
- Reflexogenic massage / reflexotherapy - massage in the plantar area, recommended especially for those who stand a lot or travel.
- Lymphatic drainage – with angioma, the areas specifically targeted are the waist and lower limbs.
- Physiotherapy – adapted to office conditions. Depending on the space and the interest of the group, we support classes of: kinetoprophylaxis, kinetogym, pilates and kineto programs for conditions / individual sessions.
- Yoga, Pilates and kinetogym classes - to compensate for the lack of movement and energize the participants.
- Smoothie bike days – events where, by pedaling, the participants make their own smoothie which they can then drink while having fun and competing with the team. We take care of serving and teaching the recipes.
- Health & well-being workshops, on various topics: ergonomics and posture, nutrition, psychology, wellness, aesthetics, sports and self-care.
- Acupuncture - with doctors specializing in traditional acupuncture medicine, we ensure that with the increase in the physical and mental comfort of employees, both their degree of involvement and productivity at work will increase!
