Moving to the office
Kinetogym is a modern variant of prophylactic kinetotherapy, i.e. movement therapy, which consists of simple physical exercises, applied to all joints and as many muscle groups as possible, necessary for those who lead a sedentary life for maintaining health. The kinetogym can be practiced both outdoors and indoors, in a room at your company’s headquarters, we need special equipment, but only a physiotherapist to coordinate the program.
